Sweetflag Estate, built in 1989, offers HUD subsidized living for Senior Citizens 62+ and persons with disabilities over 18. Units include efficiency and 1 bedroom apartments.  Tenant pays 30% of their adjusted income.

Sweetflag Estate is a 30 unit smoke free facility with free parking, snow & garbage removal, lawncare, bus shuttle, bingo and special events.  On site laundry room, mail delivery, security cameras and on site Resident Manager.
