MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:  We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations for our rental properties.  You will manage a team, coordinate repairs, conduct unit inspections, and ensure all maintenance work meets quality, safety, and turnaround standards.  Paid holidays, accrued Vacation and Sick Leave and Personal Leave.  Reports directly to Executive Director.
